We ship across the United States. Note that some over sized products may not be shipped.
Orders are processed for shipping within 24 hrs EST, customers have the option to request delivery dates. Depending on the shipping service you choose, we allow the proper transit time to guarantee on-time delivery. Especially during Holiday rush season!
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All of our products are perishable and are made as per ordered, so all sales are final. If merchandise is received moldy or damaged as a result of our poor craftsmanship or storage, we will refund 100% or replace the damaged products. The customer must contact Point [A] upon arrival of damaged goods in order to make a valid claim. All of our products must be stored in a cool place! Refrigeration is recommended.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will typically receive a refund in less time. This time period includes the transit time if merchandise not discarded, and turn around time on processing refund.
We here at Point [A] Atlantic Inc. process your order to production the moment of your purchase. If you need to cancel we will charge a 50% re-stocking fee of total value. All cancellations must be requested via email prior to scheduled ship date.
