Definitions
- "Palm Distributors": The party responsible for sending goods.
- "Buyer": The party purchasing and receiving the goods.
- "Shipping": The process of transporting goods from Palm Distributors to the buyer.
- "Carrier": The entity responsible for transporting goods
Shipping Terms and Service Agreement
Effective Date: January 1st, 2025
Thank you for shopping with Palm Distributors! Below are the terms and conditions for shipping that apply to all orders placed on our website.
1. Shipping Methods and Services
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Available shipping methods include:
- UPS Ground Shipping: Delivery within 1-5 business days depending on your shipping zone [refer to our outbound Zone Map]
- UPS 2 Day Air Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days.
- UPS Next-Day Shipping: Delivery the following business day.
All orders received after 3pm EST are processed next business day during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Buyer has the option to request delivery date Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Shipping Location Zone: East Coast, Mid-West and West Coast.
- Shipping Service: Costs differ from domestic UPS Ground and Express UPS Next-Day or UPS 2 Day Air Service.
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 4 hours to 1 business day after payment is confirmed. If there are any delays, "Buyer" will be notified via email.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
- Orders that need to ship out the same day "Buyer" purchase order: Order must be placed before 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST, the "Buyer" must call 347-218-8216 to notify Palm Distributors to expedite shipment at no additional charge to the "Buyer" unless a "Palm Distributors" sales representative contacts the "Buyer" to acknowledge order will be shipped out the same day order is placed.
- Backordered Items: If your item is out of stock, the "Buyer" will be notified immediately, and "Palm Distributors" will provide an estimated restock date or offer the "Buyer" a refund.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout and the delivery destination:
- Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your shipping Zone [refer to our outbound Zone Map]
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors like weather conditions or carrier delays. "Palm Distributors" will not be responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or interruptions with any shipping carriers. We can reship complete order at the "Buyer" expense and offer a 40% discount on products only.
Palm Distributors will ship out all orders with enough time to allow the proper transit time including 1 day transit delay to guarantee on-time delivery. Especially during holiday rush season.
5.Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Domestic: United States
- Alaska & Hawaii: "buyer" must contact Palm Distributors for shipping arrangements.
Orders placed outside of these areas will not be processed. Please check if we ship to your location before purchasing or contact Palm Distributors via email info@palmdistributors.com
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The "Buyer" can track order on the carrier's website using this number. If the "Buyer" does not receive tracking number, please contact our customer service team at:

7. Delivery Issues
In case of any delivery issues, such as damaged or missing item and shipping delays, please contact our customer service team the same day receiving your order or delay notice via email. Palm Distributors will assist the "Buyer" in resolving the issue promptly.
- Damaged Goods Process: If your order arrives damaged, take photos of palm leaves immediately of receiving order and send email to info@palmdistributors.com
- Missing Items: Before contacting Palm Distributors please check your tracking information to see if your order was shipped in multiple packages. If items are missing please email to info@palmdistributors.com with order reference number and SKU. number of item that is missing. Palm Distributors will confirm and reship or refund as necessary.
All of Palm Distributors products are perishable and are made as per ordered, so all sales are final. If palm leaves are moldy or damaged as a result to Palm Distributors poor craftsmanship or shipping days in transit, Palm Distributors will refund 100% or replace the damaged palm leaves. The "Buyer" must follow How to Care instruction emailed with order tracking in order to make a valid claim.
8. Receiving Your Order
The "Buyer" is responsible to open all packages the day order is delivered and received to inspect for damages or missing items and follow How to Care instruction to prevent spoilage.
All orders received must be kept in a cool dry storage area out of direct sunlight after product inspection. Palm Distributors will not be responsible for damaged palm leaves or products due to the "Buyer" mishandling, or not storing properly. An email is sent with How to Care for your palm leaves along with shipping tracking number and its visible on product description. Email can occasionally are received in the "Buyer" junk or spam mail folder.
