Terms and conditions

Thank you for shopping with Palm Distributors! Below are the terms and conditions for shipping that apply to all orders placed on our website.
1. Shipping Methods and Services
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Available shipping methods include:
- UPS Ground Shipping: Delivery within 1-5 business days depending on your shipping Zone [refer to outbound Zone Map]
- UPS 2 Day Air Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days.
- UPS Next-Day Shipping: Delivery the following business day.
All orders after 3pm EST are processed next business day during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Buyer has the option to request delivery date Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Shipping Location Zone: East Coast, Mid-West and West Coast.
- Shipping Service: Costs differ for domestic UPS Ground and Express UPS Next-Day or UPS 2 Day Air service.
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. If there are any delays, you will be notified via email.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders Placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
- Orders that need to ship out the same day "Buyer" places order: Order must be placed before 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST the "buyer" must call 347-218-8216 to notify Palm Distributors to expedite shipment unless a sales representative contacts the "buyer" to acknowledge order will be shipped out the same day order is placed.
- Backordered Items: If your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately, and we will provide an estimated restock date or offer you a refund.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout and the delivery destination:
- Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your shipping Zone [refer to outbound Zone Map]
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors like weather conditions or carrier delays. Palm Distributors will not be responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or interruptions with any shipping carries. We can reship complete order at the "buyers" expense and offer a 40% discount on products only.
Palm Distributors will ship out all orders with enough time to allow the proper transit time including 1 day transit delay to guarantee on-time delivery. Especially during Holiday rush season.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Domestic: United States
- Alaska & Hawaii: Must contact Palm Distributors for shipping arrangements.
Orders placed outside of these areas will not be processed. Please check if we ship to your location before purchasing or contact Palm Distributors via email info@palmdistributors.com
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using this number. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact our customer service team at:

7. Delivery Issues
In case of any delivery issues, such as damaged or missing items and shipping delays, please contact our customer service team the same day of receiving your order via email. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
- Damaged Goods Process: If your order arrives damaged, take photos of palm leaves immediately of receiving order and send email to info@palmdistributors.com
All of our products are perishable and are made as per ordered, so all sales are final. If palm leaves are received moldy or damaged as a result of our poor craftsmanship or shipping days in transit, Palm Distributors will refund 100% or replace the damaged palm leaves. The "buyer" must follow Damaged Goods Process in order to make a valid claim.
8. Receiving Your Order
The "buyer" is responsible to open all packages the day they are received to inspect for damages and follow How to Care instructions to prevent spoilage. All orders received must be kept in a cool dry storage area out of direct sunlight. Palm Distributors will not be responsible for damage palm leaves or products due to the "buyer" mishandling or not storing properly. An email is sent with How to care for your palm leaves along with your tracking number. Emails can sometimes be received in the "buyer" junk or spam mail.
Orders are processed for shipping within 24 hrs EST, customers have the option to request delivery dates. Depending on the shipping service you choose, we allow the proper transit time to guarantee on-time delivery. Especially during Holiday rush season!
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Returns
All of our products are perishable and are made as per ordered, so all sales are final. If merchandise is received moldy or damaged, we will refund 100% or replace the damaged products. The buyer must take photos of palm leaves immediately receiving order and send email to info@palmdistributors.com. All of our products must be stored in a cool place! Refrigeration is recommended.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will typically receive a refund in less time. This time period includes the transit time if merchandise not discarded, and turn around time on processing refund.
Cancellations
We here at Point [A] Atlantic Inc. process your order to production the moment of your purchase is processed. If you need to cancel we will charge a 50% re-stocking fee of total value. All cancellations must be requested via email prior to scheduled ship date.
